SEK man arrested on numerous rape charges

A 36-year-old man was arrested in southeast Kansas on several counts of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child charges.

The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says Brian Curtiss Stewart was taken into custody Friday evening.

He’s being held in the Cherokee County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
