BBB warns consumers about placing orders with Amara’s Apparel
The Better Business Bureau said shoppers should think twice before they place orders with Amara’s Apparel.
According to the BBB, the Ozark Missouri-based business sells handmade children’s clothing and markets its business through social media and its website, amarasapparel.com.
“Consumers are reporting that the company failed to deliver products, did not provide any refunds, failed to contact customers and overall provided poor customer service,” says Stephanie Garland of the Better Business Bureau.
Garland says the BBB’s attempts to reach the business failed and it did not respond to a letter asking how it plans to respond to the pattern of consumer complaints.
She says Amara’s Apparel has received an “F” rating from the BBB.
