Recount finds little change to Joplin City Council results

A recount request from Joplin City Council candidate Brian Evans, who lost by just 13 votes in the April 5th election, has been completed.

Jasper County Clerk Charlie Davis has confirmed the recount did not change the results.

Josh DeTar, the third and final winning candidate, actually gained five more votes.
