Seneca announces Boil Order
Problem blamed on low water pressure
A boil order is officially in effect in portions of Seneca.
It’s due to a serious drop in water pressure that occurred over the weekend.
Water Director Paul Carver says the order affects water system users on Wornall Road and all points south.
“All water used for drinking, cooking and personal hygiene such as brushing teeth should be boiled,” Carver states.
He says the order will probably remain in effect until sometime on Wednesday.
