Joplin municipal court announces changes to operation hours

Beginning May 2 the Joplin Municipal Court hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m, with the Court office closed during the noon lunch hour.

To help citizens with their various needs, the following alternative payment https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/Joplinmo methods are available.

Please note that third-party convenience fees will be applied.

For all cases filed before December 23, 2020 (not on Case.net)

1. Eligible online payments can be made by using the website of https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/Joplinmo
2. If citizens prefer to speak to someone concerning their eligible payment, they may call 1-800-444-1187.

For all cases filed on or after December 23, 2020 (viewable on Missouri Case.net)

Eligible payments can be made by visiting the Missouri Case.net website and making a “Pay-By-Web” payment.

A kiosk offering a “Pay By Web” option is located in the Justice Center lobby near the entrance of the Court office.
