Cardinals holding 17th annual Kids Clinic

Cardinal baseball airs locally on AM 1230 "The Talker"

Registration is now open for the 17th annual St. Louis Cardinals Kids Clinics presented by Nike and Cardinals Sports Water.

Each year, Cardinals Kids Clinics provide kids ages 7-13 with an opportunity to learn baseball fundamentals from former Cardinals players and coaches at a variety of locations throughout the greater St. Louis community.

The 2022 Cardinals Kids Clinics runs from June 9 through July 21 and includes eight local dates around St. Louis and in Cape Girardeau, Mo. and several communities in Illinois.

At each half-day clinic, instructors will provide small group instruction on pitching, hitting, base-running and other baseball fundamentals.  Every instructor at the Kids Clinics is a former Cardinals player or coach.  Additionally, Cardinals pitcher Dakota Hudson and World Series MVPs David Freese and David Eckstein are scheduled to appear at select clinic locations (subject to change).

Each participant will receive a goodie bag complete with Cardinals t-shirt, two tickets to a future Cardinals game, as well as pre-signed baseball cards from the instructors, and prize drawings for great Cardinals items.

Registration is $125 per child ($95 per child at the four out-of-town clinics).  To register a child for a Cardinals Kids Clinic, or for a list of instructors and more information, visit cardinals.com/clinics
