Autopsy on woman from Pittsburg shows no preliminary determinations

The body of 44-year-old Misty L. Watson Sorensen of Pittsburg was found dead in that city on March 8th.
Was it murder or something else?
Police say an autopsy was conducted on her body in Kansas City on March 10th.
However, the pathologist’s report shows no preliminary determinations were made.
Therefore, authorities say the cause and manner of death are still pending at this time.
Pittsburg Police say, due to the nature of this incident, law enforcement officers initially conducted the investigation as a possible homicide. However, information that has led them to believe this may not be the case.
