Road work I-44 and U-S 166 starting week of March 21st

Expect traffic delays during road work starting next week on I-44 and Route 166 in Newton and Jasper Counties.   

First will be work to install guardrails in different locations along Interstate 44 between the Missouri and Oklahoma border and Exit 18.  

Guardrails will also be installed on Route 166 between the Missouri Oklahoma state line and I-44.   

Resurfacing of both areas will take place later in the spring.
