Missouri COVID cases continue to plummet
Missouri’s COVID-19 case average continues to plummet.
It’s now below 300 for the first time since June 7th of last year.
The 7-day rolling average in Missouri was 287 today.
That compares to a rolling average of over 3,200 one month ago – more than a 90 percent decrease
The figures come from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the DHSS.
The effort to vaccinate people in the state continues. So far, just over 63% of residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
Joplin, St. Louis County and St. Charles County are at the top of the list in the state with around 60 percent vaccinated
