MLK, Jr. Day program tonight at Pittsburg State University

This is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day nationwide.
At Pittsburg State University, the Office of Student Diversity and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., will honor Dr. King’s memory at 6:15 p.m.tonight on the campus Oval with a candlelight vigil followed by a short program.
The program will include an opening song, the reading of King’s historic “Letter from Birmingham Jail,” and reflections on how King’s dream is being realized in peoples’ lives today.
The public is invited. Social distancing measures will be in place.
The observance will be livestreamed on the Office of Student Diversity Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PSU.OSD and will be archived there for later viewing.
