Joplin schools cancel class Friday

Due to a staffing shortage, Joplin Schools will not be in session Friday, January 14, 2022.

This comes amid an increase in instances of COVID, flu and other illness.

The day will be made up May 25.

All school buildings will undergo deep cleaning before classes return on Tuesday, January 18th.
