Connect2Culture taking part in Target Circle giving program

Connect2Culture (C2C) in Joplin has been chosen to participate in a special charitable giving campaign, sponsored and funded by Target.

Now through March 31, C2C asks all supporters to consider voting for them through the Target Circle community giving program.

Every 90 days, Target chooses 5-6 nonprofits to partner with from the surrounding area and offers them up for voting through Target Circle. At the end of the 90-day campaign, the organization with the most votes receives the highest percentage of the available donation funds.

“We’re asking our supporters to help us make the most of this incredible opportunity,” says Emily Frankoski, Director of Connect2Culture. “Every vote counts to help us receive a portion of the available Target funds as we continue our mission to ignite a passion for the arts, culture, and entertainment in the Joplin area.

Target Circle is a loyalty program offered by Target Corporation.

Participants receive 1% earnings, hundreds of deals, special birthday gifts, and the ability to vote for and benefit local nonprofits like C2C. The community giving program provides Target Circle members the opportunity to earn and cast votes to help direct Target’s charitable giving.
