Reward for information on puppy up to $30,000
The reward for finding out who killed and decapitated a puppy owned by a Parsons, Kansas police officer is now up to $30,000.
The 3-month old puppy named Ranger, was found dead on December 3rd. The reward has gone up steadily since then.
Parsons Police Chief Bob Spinks calls the killing a dark and evil crime.
