Man in custody in Parsons following Christmas Day pursuit

Police took part in the pursuit of a speeding motorcycle in Parsons on Christmas Day.

Officers say a green and black sports motorcycle was spotted going through neighborhoods at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour.

Officers say following a chase they found the bike crashed and the rider trying to concealing himself in a nearby creek bed.

Danny Cash Jr. was taken into custody and transported to a healthcare facility for treatment of a shoulder injury. 

The Parsons Police Department is seeking charges for Speed – Unsafe for Conditions and Interference with Law Enforcement.
