Man arrested in Parsons for multiple offenses

In Parsons Kansas, 33-year old William Patrick Mansfield, Jr. is in trouble with the law again.

Mansfield is being charged in connection with Sexual Battery and Failure to Register offenses.

He was arrested after a victim came to the Parsons Police Department to make a complaint about him.

That’s when police discovered that Mansfield also had failed to register as an offender in Labette County.

Police say a warrant also has been issued against him by the Kansas Department of Corrections for an alleged Parole Violation.
