MSSU to hold commencement ceremony December 11

Two sessions will be held that day for graduates to get their degrees

Missouri Southern State University will hold their 77th commencement ceremony on Dec. 11 at Leggett & Platt Athletic Center.

This will be a walk through event.

Graduates will have two sessions to choose from. One will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the other from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

This ceremony will celebrate the academic accomplishments of 348 graduates, which includes 14 international students that come from 11 different countries.

382 undergraduate degrees, 48 associate’s degrees, and 33 master’s degrees will be given.

These walk in sessions will be approximately 15-20 minutes each.

Graduates will be able to bring up eight guests.

Masks and face coverings are required.

A photographer will be present taking pictures of graduates as they are awarded their degrees.
