Leggett & Platt says new CEO will take over top position in January
CARTHAGE, Mo – There’s going to be a change at the top of a major corporation based in Carthage.
A news release from Leggett & Platt says Mitch Doloff, currently Chief Operations Officer, will take over as CEO and President effective on January 1, 2022.
That’s when current CEO, Karl Glassman, will retire.
Mitch Doloff joined Leggett & Platt in 2000 and has held many positions of responsibility there over the years.
The corporation is a leading manufacturer of beds and bedding components, automotive seat support systems, home and work furniture, and other products.
Leggett & Platt has 15 business units, approximately 20,000 employees and over 130 manufacturing facilities located in 18 countries around the world.
