Request in Rainwater case for new judge

There has been a request in in the Cassidy Rainwater case for a new judge.

A motion was filed on behalf of James Phelps, one of a pair of men accused of kidnapping Rainwater in Dallas County.

She has been missing since July.

Court documents say an anonymous tip led deputies believe she was being held in a cage on a property Phelps shared with co-defendant Timothy Norton near Windyville, Missouri.

The case is being heard by Dallas County Judge Lisa Henderson.
