Man arrested in Parsons, KS after local restraurant employee discovers bag of meth

One man was arrested in Parsons, KS on Tuesday at a Sonic Drive-in after the discovery of Methamphetamines at the location.

The incident started when an employee of the restaurant showed a baggie of a crystalline substance to an officer investigating the situation.

This substance was later identified as methamphetamine.

Afterward, police and management of the Sonic looked through video surveillance to learn how the item got there, which they discovered was dropped off by an employee.

38-year-old Parsons resident Nathanial Phillip Willey was then arrested "for suspicion of Possession of A Controlled Substance and Interference with Law Enforcement," according to a news release from the Parsons Police Department.
