Saturday project aims at putting the shine on Pittsburg

The PSU Honors College will conduct its community-wide Pitt Project on Saturday.

That’s the same day that the City of Pittsburg will hold its Community Clean Up Project.

For the Pitt Project, students will disperse across Pittsburg to rake, weed, paint, and take care of other duties.

For the Community Clean Up, Gorillas of all ages will disperse across eight zones in the city to collect bulky items, load them in dump trucks, and help unload the dump trucks at dump sites at the YMCA and Tyler Research Center at PSU.
