Case of State rep having sex with a 19 year old girl while on duty has been referred to the Pike County Prosecutor
The Highway Patrol says an investigation into claims a state lawmaker had sex with a drunk teenager as an on-duty police officer has been turned over to the Pike County prosecutor.
Pike County is north of St. Louis.
The St. Louis Post Dispatch reported in May on a police report from Frankford police Chief Josh Baker that said current state Rep. Chad Perkins allegedly accepted “sexual favors from a teenage girl while on duty” as a police officer in 2015.
Perkins was a Bowling Green police officer at the time.
The highway patrol is referring any future questions to Pike County authorities.
