Documentation obtained by the Nevada PD says the the shooter and victim knew each other
One man was killed following a shooting at a gas station along I-49 on Wednesday in Nevada, Missouri.
Reports say that the suspect was arrested after witnesses of the shooting watched him walk into a Burger King. The reports also allege that the suspect tossed a gun into a nearby bush.
Police were called to the scene Wednesday evening to the address of 2424 E Austin Blvd following reports of the shooting.
Documentation obtained by the Nevada Police Department states that the suspect and victim knew each other.
The victim was 32-year-old Justin Goolsby, who was taken to Nevada Regional Medical Center, where he later died from his wounds.
62-year-old Steven Sam Vignolo, who is listed as homeless, was charged with Murder in the 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action.
Vignolo is currently being held in the Vernon County Jail.
