Oklahoma woman sentenced for producing child pornography
A Rogers County Oklahoma woman was sentenced Wednesday in federal court for producing child pornography involving her young child.
U.S. District Judge Claire V. Eagan sentenced 29-year-old Brittney Jo Wallace of Claremore, to 25 years in federal prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
Acting U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson said the conviction came as a result of work by the OSBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and the Tulsa Homeland Security Child Exploitation Task Force and others attorneys and agents.
In April of this year Wallace pleaded guilty to production of child pornography by a parent.
Wallace admitted that she had the toddler touch her in a sexually explicit manner while she took photos using her cell phone in September 2015
