Joplin Police recover stolen car

Joplin Police recovered a reported stolen car Friday afternoon.  According to reports, Jack Grant had reported his 2004 car missing just after 1 PM.      

A Joplin officer spotted the car and stopped it minutes later and arrested 45 year old Jennifer Lynch of Joplin.  

According to reports, besides the tampering charges, Lynch is also being charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
