Joplin Mayor Ryan Stanley talks budget and ransomware

Joplin Mayor Ryan Stanley told the KZRG Morning News Watch Monday morning that a new budget will be brought to the council at Monday night’s meeting.   

According to Stanley “The City Manager is bringing a budget that is a change in the wind saying let’s build a Joplin we want to live in and grow in that is looking at a not bottom dollar city but one we can focus on building a community we can be proud of.”

Mayor Stanley also discussed the recent ransomware attack against Joplin’s computer systems.
