St Louis mask mandate up in the air

The status of St. Louis County’s mask mandate is unclear. 

To mask up or not mask up – that’s the question. The St. Louis County Council overturned the reinstated mask mandate on Tuesday night. 

St. Louis County Executive Sam Page says the mask mandate still stands. 

However, Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction last night in his lawsuit fighting the mask mandates in the St. Louis area.   

This has left businesses uncertain on the status of the mandate.
