Possible tornado at Bolivar MO

A possible tornado caused damage in the southwest part of Bolivar Missouri during yesterday’s storms.

The storm hit the town north of Springfield around the noon hour knocking down a large number of power poles and damaging homes and businesses.

About one thousand homes and businesses lost power during the storm.
