BBB advising extreme caution when dealing with consulting company

The Better Business Bureau is advising  consumers to use caution when dealing with MO Green Card dot com.

The medical marijuana consulting company is located in O’Fallon near St. Louis but customers from all over the state including Carl Junction had problems with the company.

“Each consumer paid $200 to $300 for services which were supposed to include a medical evaluation with physician, an application for the card with a state and filing the paper work for the cultivation license,” says Stephanie Garland of the Better Business Bureau.

“But many of the people paid this amount and nothing was done whatsoever,” she says.

Garland says says MO Green Card dot com has an “F” rating from BBB, the lowest on their scale. That is due to unanswered complaints and negative consumer reviews.

“Many people said they hired this company because they thought it could help them get their medical marijuana card. They’re also worried about identify theft because they can’t get through to the company,” Garland says.

Garland says after getting no help, the affected customers are now having to pay again and file their paperwork on their own.
