Consumers advised to use caution when dealing with MoGreenCard.com
The company is located in O'Fallon, Missouri
Consumers are being advised to use caution when doing business with MoGreenCard.com, a medical marijuana consulting company located in O’Fallon, Missouri.
The Better Business Bureau has given an F rating to the business after consumer reports say the company failed to file paperwork with the state on their behalf, did not issue refunds, failed to communicate, and provided poor customer service.
According to a BBB news release, “Consumers told BBB they paid the company anywhere from $200 to $300 for services, which include a medical evaluation with a physician to determine whether the customer qualifies for the card. Some consumers said they also paid the company to file their application for the card with the state, while others paid MoGreenCard.com to file paperwork for a cultivation license.”
“Missouri residents can file applications for a medical marijuana card and for cultivation licenses directly with the state. The physician’s certification is only valid for 30 days. Some consumers told BBB those certifications expired before paperwork was finished. As a result, they had to pay to get another certification.”
