Two people arrested in connection with vehicle tampering
A truck, stolen out of Newton county, has been recovered and two people have been arrested for alleged vehicle tampering.
A JPD spokesman told NewsTalk KZRG that 28-year-old Peyton D. Kinslow of Seneca was placed under arrest after he was pulled over while driving a 2014 Toyota Tundra.
Kinslow is charged with vehicle tampering in the first degree. A handgun found under the driver’s seat of the truck was seized.
Also was arrested was a 31-year-old woman from Carthage. She was charged with misdemeanor vehicle tampering.
