Missouri Timeshare company ordered to pay $170,000 in restitutions
The Better Business Bureau says a Timeshare company once based in Springfield has been ordered by the Missouri Attorney General’s office to pay restitutions to consumers.
The company is Martin Management Group.
“This organization has been ordered to pay more than $170,00,” says Stephanie Garland of the BBB. “The company is owned by Stephen Albert Martin. He is barred from marketing, advertising and offering to sell and selling time share interests or time share exit interest and services.”
Garland says among Martin Management’s victims was the wife of a chief in the New York Fire Department who passed away during the September11th attacks.
The woman been trying to get a refund from Martin Management since 2017.
