Traffic problems

Traffic is backing up during the midday along South Rangeline to 32nd Street, and also to the diverging Diamond and onto I -44, as patrons try to grab a cup of coffee at a new Joplin area coffee shop. Drivers should avoid the area or find alternate routes for the time being.
