Kasper appointed as Judge

Missouri Governor Mike Parson appointed Mathew Kasper as Associate Circuit Judge for the 39th Judicial Circuit on Friday.   Kasper is replacing the Honorable Robert George who has retired.    Kasper is from Mount Vernon.
