Three injured in early-morning rollover crash

Three men were injured in a crash on I-44 about 3 miles east of Joplin around 12:30 Sunday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Lavel D. Hamilton Pinchback failed to stop a dead-end sign, traveled over I-44 and rolled.

He and occupant 20-year-old Jacob Riggs of Oronogo suffered moderate injuries.

Another occupant, 18-year-old Joshua Ellerman of Higginsville, Missouri suffered minor injuries.

All three were wearing safety devices.

They were treated at Mercy Hospital in Joplin.
