Deer hunting increased in 2020.

The 2020 deer hunting season in Missouri saw an increase in the number of animals harvested.

296,516 deer were harvested, according to The Department of Conservation.

This is a four percent decrease from last year’s harvest total of 285, 873.

Archery closed off dear season, which had hunters check 67,180 deer, compared to the previous year’s 61,407.
