Methamphetamine charges for two Missourians after indictment reveal
Possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute is the charge that a grand jury gave to a man from Neosho and a woman from Seneca Monday.
The indictment, unsealed at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, alleges that 31-year-old Justin Farley and 32-year-old Mallori Phillips committed the crimes in Newton County on March 17.
The two made initial appearances in Springfield, and are scheduled for Detention hearings on Thursday.
