35-year-old Ethan Mast and 21-year-old Kourtney Aumen were both charged with second-degree murder.
29-year-old Mary Mast, the girl’s mother, faces several charges including endangering the welfare of a child resulting in death and domestic assault.
28-year-old James Mast faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child resulting in serious injury and endangering the welfare of a child resulting in death.
All dependents appeared in court Tuesday except Ethan Mast, who did not have an attorney.
A judge has ordered Ethan Mast back to court on January 19.
