Three Pittsburg residents arrested after Weir search warrant conducted

Three individuals were arrested after a search warrant was executed by Cherokee County Sherrif’s Deputies at 208 East Wood in Weir on Sunday morning.

Numerous items were recovered including a Ford Truck, a handgun, suspected methamphetamine, and other drug paraphernalia.

27-year-old William Kukovich, 28-year-old Justin Cochran, and 21-year-old Victoria Hering, all Pittsburg residents, were arrested at the scene.

Kukovich is being held on a previous outstanding warrant and faces additional charges of Felony Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Hering and Cochran both face charges of Possessing Stolen Property, Possessing Methamphetamine and Possessing Drug Paraphernalia.

The investigation is ongoing.
