2 homeless people found dead over the cold weekend in KC
Two homeless people died in Kansas City during cold weather over the weekend.
Alina Heart who is a volunteer with Free Hot Soup, an organization that helps the homeless, found a man dead inside a vacant building on Sunday.
Temperatures were below freezing when Kansas City police were called Friday night to an area where homeless people stay. That is where they found a 41-year-old homeless man dead as well.
Both deaths are under investigation.
