Covid-19 cases and deaths continue to rise in the United States

The U.S. has reached record coronavirus numbers with 100,000 hospitalizations and 3,100 deaths.

Caes have topped 200,000 a day, according to Thursday figures.

The U.S had recorded 3,157 deaths on Wednesday, according to John Hopkins University. This surpasses the previous record of 2,603 deaths which was set on April 15.

Daily confirmed cases of Covid-19 have climbed over 200,000, for the second time over the past few days.

Currently, the U.S. leads the world with nearly 14 million cases and over 273,000 deaths.
