Drug bust in Vernon County Missouri

A search warrant was served by the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office and the CNET Drug Task Force early Wednesday morning at a hotel in Nevada Missouri.   Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher said they had information about the distribution of large quantities of illegal narcotics coming from that location.    Four persons were taken into custody with a large stash of suspected drugs.    Charged Wednesday were 53 year old Harry Foreman and 33 year old Beth Highley with Trafficking Drugs in the second degree, 7 counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and other charges.   Both Foreman and Highley are from Nevada.    Additional charges may be filed on the other two suspects pending lab results.
