Reports indicated that the vehicle had flipped over and broke an electric pole.
Redings Mil Fire District, Newton County Deputies, and Newton County Ambulance all responded to the scene.
Eyewitnesses at the scene said that they heard a noise and looked up just in time to see the car in the air as it broke the pole. The witness then called 911 and assisted the driver.
