“Hair” star Lynn Kellogg Simpers has passed away due to Covid-19.

She was 77.

“Hair” star Lynn Kellogg Simpers, most commonly known as Lynn Kellogg, passed away last week due to complications with Covid-19.

She was 77 years old.

According to published sources, her husband John Simpers said that she had been infected at a recent gathering she’d been to, which was at a large theatre in Branson. Her health deteriorated from there.

“She had a non-life-threatening Leukemia so that was the big problem when she got COVID,” John told published sources. “Coupled with that Leukemia is disastrous.”

Previously, Lynn had won an Emmy and Peabody award and is also a part of the Grammy Hall of Fame.

After her role in “Hair”, Kellogg devoted much of her time to the Christian ministry within the Ozarks. She lived in Omaha Arkansas.

Kellogg leaves behind several survivors including her husband, John Simpers, sister Ede Kellogg Morris, brothers John and Harry Kellogg, stepson Justin Simpers, and grandson Austin Simpers.
