Exotic dancer claims that Hots Gentleman’s Club didn’t pay her minimum wage.
A lawsuit filed last Thursday claims that Hots Gentleman’s Club Owner, in Neosho, Missouri, didn’t pay minimum wage or overtime to their workers and charged them to work there.
Challes (Sh-all-es) Lofton made the claim last week that Anthony Frank Catroppa Sr., the club’s owner, and Manager Kimberly Mills did not consider her and other dancers to be employees, but “contract workers.”
The only income the dancers got from the club were tips from customers.
These dancers were also required to pay stage fees ranging from $15 to $50 depending on the night.
The petitioners are asking for a jury trial.
