Monett R-1 Superintendent passes away unexpectedly.

Superintendent Russ Moreland of the Monett R-1 Schools school district unexpectedly passed away Tuesday.

The school district stated that crisis counselors will be on-site starting Wednesday and will be available as long as they are needed.
