City of Duquesne receives a grant to develop Memorial Trail
The city of Dusquene received a $96,000 grant from the Missouri State Parks to assist with the development of trails. Eight Missouri communities shared in the million dollar grant program from the Federal Highway Administration recreational Trails Program.
Mike Sutherland, Director of Missouri State Parks says the grants can be used to improve trails and trailhead facilities of current trails or develop new trails in Missouri.
