First medical marijuana sales in Springfield today

It’s getting closer and closer to Joplin.

The first medical marijuana sales in Springfield are slated to take place early this afternoon.

Springfield’s first medical marijuana sale will take place at Old Route 66 Wellness’s North Glenstone Dispensary.

The dispensary will be open to the general public for sales starting tomorrow.

The state has approved more than 66,000 Missourians as patients so far, with more than 14,000 more patient applications awaiting approval.
