Woman kills dogs instead of surrendering them

21 dogs dead and 60 others transported to third parties. Those were Marlisa McAlmond’s alleged responses to an order that came from Attorney General Eric Schmitt, which said she was to surrender the animals to the state. Published sources say, “Schmitt had filed a lawsuit earlier alleging that her operation was substandard and she was working with an expired license.” Schmitt alleges that instead of cooperating, McAlmond killed 21 of the dogs and sent the other 60 to third parties
