76TH Annual NEO High School Basketball Tournament canceled

COVID 19 has stopped NEO A&M College’s 76th annual High School Basketball Tournament.   It was scheduled for January 2021.    Thousands of athletes, families and fans normally come to the NEO campus in Miami for the event.    The college uses the annual event as a main recruiting event of the year.    NEO President Kyle Stafford said an tournament like this would be in the highest risk category.    Because of the size of the crowds, the tournament has been canceled due to CDC recommendations.
