Missouri schools are getting rapid result covid tests

Missouri has shipped thousands of COVID-19 antigen test kits to public and private schools around the state. A state press release says nearly 330 districts or schools applied to get the tests that can deliver results in about 15 minutes. K-12 Education Commissioner Margie Vandeven says the rapid tests, along with other efforts, could be instrumental in helping schools to safely provide onsite learning. Missouri is expected to get a total of 1.84 million of the test kits.
